These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and its tools — SEO Analyzer, Broken Link Checker, Redirect Checker, Virus Checker, Hidden Element Checker, Sitemap Generator, and Image Compressor — as well as our two Chrome extensions, DevKit Pro and Store Inspector for Shopify. By accessing or using any part of this website or either extension, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By using our tools or either browser extension, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2 Tool Usage Guidelines

Our tools are designed to assist users in identifying SEO, technical, and security issues on websites. You agree to use them responsibly and lawfully — that includes Virus Checker's backdoor-file probing, which should only be run against sites you own or are authorized to test.

3 Image Compressor — Your Content Stays Yours

Image Compressor is the only tool where you submit your own content rather than a public URL. All compression and format conversion happens locally in your browser using the Canvas API — your image is never uploaded to our server. You retain full ownership and all rights to any image you process with this tool; we make no claim to it, and we never see it. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and compress any image you choose to process.

4 Sitemap Generator — Generated Files

When you use Sitemap Generator, the resulting XML file may be saved on our server so you're given a public link to submit to Google Search Console. This file only ever contains the list of page URLs on the site you asked us to map. You can request removal of a previously generated sitemap file at any time (see Contact, below, or Section 11 of our Privacy Policy).

5 Service Availability

While we aim to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the website, any tool, or either browser extension will always be available or error-free. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or unexpected downtime may occur without notice.

6 Intellectual Property

All content, tool interfaces, branding, and source code on this website and in our extensions are the intellectual property of SiteAuditHub or its licensors. You may not reuse, modify, or redistribute any part of the tools, the extensions, or this website without prior written permission. This does not apply to your own content (see Section 3) or to reports generated for your own use.

7 Liability Disclaimer

Our tools provide data and reports based on automated algorithms — SEO checks, link crawls, redirect traces, malware-pattern scans, hidden-element detection, sitemap generation, and image compression. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any result, including that a "clean" Virus Checker result means a site is fully free of security issues. You agree to use all tools and extensions at your own risk and to independently verify anything security- or business-critical.

8 Third-Party Links & Sites

Our website, tools, and their reports may reference or link to external sites — including, necessarily, the sites and pages our tools crawl or fetch on your behalf. These are provided for informational purposes only; we are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party sites.

9 Browser Extensions

DevKit Pro and Store Inspector for Shopify are governed by these Terms in addition to their own dedicated privacy policies, which describe their exact permissions and any local, on-device storage they use:

You agree to use both extensions only for their intended purpose — inspecting and auditing pages you have a legitimate reason to examine — and not to redistribute, repackage, or reverse-engineer either extension.

11 Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time — most recently to add coverage for Hidden Element Checker, Sitemap Generator, Image Compressor, and both Chrome extensions, none of which were named in earlier versions of this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the website, any tool, or either extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the website owner operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the courts of that region.
